How Can itchy Rashes On The Arms And Legs Be Treated?
My husband is completing 1st year of Keytruda trial for treatment of esophageal cancer. Treatment extremely successful. However, he has developed a rash that is spreading. It is on his arms, legs and back and is causing discomfort because it itches. How can we treat. Are there any images available so we can determine exactly what it is?
The spreading rash over various body parts in a patient with a history of esophageal cancer can be alarming for an immune-mediated response as the development of certain antibodies giving a rash appearance, GI malignancy spread or else.
Immediately consult your oncologist without delay.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Dr. Purva Patel,
